Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange under the conditions below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our team at orders@sillytote.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please indicate your preferred replacement in your return email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. These include final sale items and customized products, which will be clearly marked at checkout.
